Thanks! I wonder why Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands isn't on there though, when it seems to be a great open world game.

Wow, didn't see that one coming. Very good, I've been wanting to play that game again for years now, but having to unlock those cars again is going to be a chore.
Oh, and how are they going to do for the custom music functionality, with our dear "next gen systems" not allowing us to store our music on the HDD unlike the systems from the gen before?

That list will have to overhauled when Ni no Kuini II comes out. I also wish they would re-release Ni no Kuini I on the PS4, or better yet, offer it with II...

Damn, those are console prices... I buy a collector's edition only if it's a game that I value tremendously, if it's second-hand, complete with all the physical stuff, and if the price is right, like my Crysis 2 Nano Edition which cost me 50 E. and now costs 4x as much.

This time however the difference is a bit more than "marginal", even though the Xbox One X, much touted to be the "true 4K" system, fails again to live up to its promise. But then again so does the PS4Pro in this case. I wonder what kind of deal went on behind the curtains to make the PS4 Pro version run just at 1080p, which should be the normal PS4 version, when the Xbox One X version runs at 1440p...

I never got to play Dark Souls on the PS3, so that's very tempting, but dammit that price...49800Yens... that's 371 eggs...

I so wish the forthcoming Secret of Mana remake for PS4/Xbox One offered an option to have the original SNES visuals and sounds...

It's a variant of a known boss that apparently can't be fought otherwise, so it's kind of a hidden boss.
That's great but while the chalice dungeons tend to extend the game's replay value a bit, I'd personally like it better if Bloodborne still had some hidden environments that have yet to be revealed, like the first version of the hypogean gaol.

I remember having a blast playing FFVIII up until when we get the spaceship, or a wee bit after that, then he really went downhill IMHO. But for a game made by the same team within Squaresoft that handled FFX, it certainly was way better. And the graphics were top notch back then, it really felt like a big AAA game with huge production value.
When are SE going to re-release it on the PSN? It was one of the few PSOne game that never worked on the PS3 for some reason, so I'd defin...

I can't wait for that game, when is it supposed to come out, at long last?

Finally. Here's hoping it'll be better than Soul Calibur IV.

Damn, 100 GB downloads for 4K textures... good luck with that.

Yeah well, it's nothing that should get them a big round of applause either. Heaven only know why it took them that long to come up with that idea. And apparently it's still going to be an elitist advertising campaign, with only "select PS+ users" chosen to get the privilege to try out that gizmo of theirs before they have the chance to fork out the money, all of it apparently, no coupon or w/e, to buy it.

You know there's something wrong with society ...

What they've done right: BC
What they've done wrong: lack of exclusives

These two points are of course meant in relative terms, compared to what their main competitor Sony did (are still doing), which means that their BC is not all that great, with a small percentage of Xbox360 titles compatible with the Xbox One (and even much smaller when it comes to original Xbox games), but it still mops the floor with Sony's laughable efforts in this department. It's funny how all of you Xbox fans are now pretending the original Xbox One doesn't exist all of a sudden now that the Xbox One X has released. The 30 million-ish Xbox One consoles out there are still the original model, outdone graphically by the original PS4, which has sold over 60 million units. Which means that in pretty much all the households around the globe the PS4 is still viewed as being the more powerful system, the one which runs third-party games the best.

So did I. But then again I can't see any games running either on high-end gamer PCs or the Xbox One X that quite rival games like Infamous second son, Uncharted 4, or Horizon zero dawn graphically. So when all is said and done Sony must have done something right when they designed the PS4, since this 4-year old system manages to impress still (and it's far from over, too, with the forthcoming God of war, Spider-man, Ni no kuni II...)

People should buy a PS4 Pro regardless of whether they own a 4K TV or not, the few slim differences between how the PS4 Pro and the Xbox One X perform when trying to mimic high-end PCs do not warrant missing out on those Playstation exclusives.
